Who are eligible for this contest?
· This contest is open only for teams that will be coming to REC Trichy to participate in VERSION 2002.

Time and Duration?
· Contest starts at 9.00 am and ends at 7.00 pm on 20th August 2002.
· Submissions may be made during this period only.

What language and platform can I use to code?
· Only 'C' programming language is allowed.
· Compliers: TURBOC 2.01, BORLANDC++ 4.5, GCC 2.96

What are the evaluation criteria?
. Individual problems have credits associated with it.
· The solutions will be test run for various test cases.
· Credits are awarded for a solution based on -
      The number of test cases it satisfies.
      Approach to the solution / logic used.
      Documentation.
· Decision of the judges will be final.

How to submit solutions?
· Solutions have to be sent as an ATTACHMENT through mail to rectversion@yahoo.com.
· Solutions may be sent in any order.
· Individual solutions may be sent with the problem number (E.g.: Problem No.1) as subject.
· Solutions to different problems may be zipped into one
file, with each solution named according to the problem number (E.g.: prob1.c).
· Multiple submissions to the same problem may be made, but
only the last submission will be considered for evaluation.
· Each submission should clearly mention the COLLEGE NAME and PLACE in the mail text.
· The organizers of Version 2002 are not responsible for any delays or any non-receipt of mails.

When will the results be declared?
· The winner will be announced on the first day of VERSION 2002 (24th August 2002).
